I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan.
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Verily, all praise is due to Allah, we praise Him, seek His help, seek His guidance and ask Him for forgiveness. We seek refuge in Allah from evil of our souls and our evil deeds. Who is guided by Allah will not be led astray by anyone, and who is led astray by Allah will not be guided by anyone. I witness that nobody and nothing deserves to be worshiped except Allah, and I witness that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. To proceed:
Peace be upon you, mercy of Allah and His blessings.
Peace be upon you, mercy of Allah and His blessings, dear brothers, Muslims, Mujahideen, believers, brother in Religion, brothers by Caucasus. I address Dagestani brothers, all Dagestanis. Firstly, I want to congratulate you on the great festival for Muslims, Eid al-Adha. I am congratulating you on this festival and wish so that next year, when next such festival comes, we would be closer to freedom, closer to Allah, and so that Allah would be pleased by us.
This address, this letter is written by your brother in Religion, Amir of Mujahideen in Caucasus, Dokka Umarov. In this letter I want to address in the first place Mujahideen and brothers who are living today in the territory of Gimry village.
I am aware of all events, of everything that has happened in your territory during the last year, those atrocities, that outrage that has been committed by disbelievers on your land. I swear by Allah that our heart is aching for you, we are worrying for you, we supplicate [to Allah], we ask Allah to help you, to make disbelievers leave your land, and that outrage, that they have been committing there, if Allah wills, if Allah will give us strength, it will not be forgotten, if Allah wills, they will be punished for that in full.
But we should also know that every punishment, every outrage committed by disbelievers, it all happens by the will of Allah, and we should look for a reason in ourselves, because it means that we are not like Allah says us to be, and if Allah is punishing us with those dogs, it means we are guilty of something. Therefore, brothers, I call you to look into yourselves and ask yourselves what we have been doing wrong.
Yes, latest events, when a "counter-terrorist operation" was declared there, in your territory of Gimry district, when disbelievers imposed their authority, installed checkpoints and subjected even our women to searches, looting, of course it is hard to bear it, it hurts, but all it is a punishment from Allah, if Allah wills, we will accept it, but the main thing is we will not forget it, if we are men.
Let us start from the beginning. Yes, that apostate who was killed in your territory, Gazi-Muhammad - was an apostate, a hypocrite, a traitor, who was pretending, playing the hypocrite, making it appear like he was helping Islam, like he was helping Mujahideen, while he was doing his black deed, and I had to order his elimination. Why? Because I had many proofs that this person was doing very dirty work against Islam and that this sole person made us more harm than ten imams who make da'wah against is in mosques. So I had to order his elimination and after he was eliminated, kafir knew that he has lost his eyes, his hands, it was Gazi-Muhammad, through whom they did their dirty work against Islam, killed Mujahideen, sold Mujahideen, framed Mujahideen, and after it happened, they decided to punish the people, innocent people living in this village, in Gimry.
Maybe disbelievers will be satisfied that they yielded a result, if we ourselves will let it happen. I swear by Allah, if we today, I am addressing Gimry residents, if Gimry residents will hate each other, if Gimry residents will point their fingers at Mujahideen and betray them, if Gimry residents will be a bit estranged from Islam by now, if Gimry residents will quarrel and be angry with each other, then kafir has yielded some result, then he is victorious. If it will not happen, if we will not be ashamed to look into eyes of each other, and if we will know that those disbelievers are standing there by the will of Allah, and anytime, when Allah wills, they will go away with disgrace, and we will be easily able to look into eyes of each other and laugh and praise our Allah the Most High, then they achieved nothing.
Therefore I call on you not to be angry with each other because disbelievers declared the "counter-terrorist operation" in our lands, not to lose that love, prescribed by Allah, love to our brother. If it will not happen, if we will not be angry with Mujahideen, with those people who are performing Jihad on the path of Allah, then, if Allah wills, we are victorious, even if those disbelievers will stand there for hundred years.
Therefore I want to address those relatives or people who did not understand or do not understand even today, who was Gazi-Muhammad. I, Amir of Mujahideen in Caucasus, announce with all due responsibility, that he was a hypocrite and an apostate, and that this person has on him blood of many Mujahideen. I, Amir of Mujahideen in Caucasus, am a person who is responsible, in front of Allah and in front of people, for every apostate and hypocrite killed in this land, because every Mujahid who kills an apostate or a hypocrite, kills on my order. I am answering for these Mujahideen in front of Allah and in front of the people. I, Amir of Mujahideen in Caucasus, am performing Jihad in order to establish the Word of Allah. We know that the Word of Allah is the Sharia, and I am ready to stand in front of any Sharia [court] at any moment, and answer for any of my orders.
Therefore, maybe there are still those brothers among us, who do not understand, and who, maybe because of kinship feelings, want to understand or want to express their displeasure with my order and the killing of Gazi-Muhammad. I am addressing those brothers: don't let the wrath of Allah fall upon you. We have Sharia, and this Sharia can judge between anyone of us, even if I am Amir and you are Mujahideen. Therefore, any issues today, if Allah wills, we can settle in the court, in the Sharia court. Therefore, your main mission today is to perform Jihad, your main mission is to elevate the Word of Allah in the land where you are. Therefore I call on you not to be influenced by those apostates, those hypocrites, and not let the wrath of Allah fall upon you. Let us better seek the pleasure of Allah the Most High.
I once more congratulate you all on these day, on the festival. On this point I finish my letter. May Allah grant all of us Paradise, and very high level of Paradise.
And in our final prayer we praise Allah, the Lords of the worlds.

Sayeed Abu Saad of Buriatia: Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds, and the ultimate outcome will be in favor of those who fear Allah, and there should be no aggression toward anyone except oppressors. May peace and blessings be upon the most noble among Prophets and Messengers, our leader Muhammad, and upon his family and those who followed him till the Day of Judgment. To proceed:
Peace be upon you, mercy of Allah and His blessings.
As our Amir Abu Usman has said before me, first of all, on behalf of all our brothers performing Jihad and those who are with us today, who supplicate to Allah for us, who help us, we congratulate all our brothers, all Muslims of this Ummah on the festival of Eid al-Adha, the festival which has approached now, during the holy month of Dhu al-Hijjah, when Hajj is performed, but Allah imposed on us an obligation more important than Hajj, and it is Jihad on His path, and therefore we are here and not in Mecca, and we have set out on this path in order to proclaim the Word of Allah and establish His law in this land above all other laws invented by disbelievers, and we intend to travel on it till the end, if Allah wills and strengthens us.
Then... we have received a letter with a request to send a message to residents of Gimry village, and events that have been happening there are painful for us, and we are worrying for our brothers, because the Prophet, peace and blessing of Allah be upon him, said: "All believers are similar to a body, and if a part of that body aches, then the entire body responds with pain and fever" ("Sahih al-Bukhari", 6011, "Sahih Muslim", 2586). If a man has an ache, entire body begins to feel that pain right away.
And similarly, when such things happen with Muslims in any part of the world, and especially in Caucasus, where the territory of Jihad has spread to its many parts and where such events are happening, of course we can't remain unconcerned, because the Prophet, peace and blessing of Allah be upon him, said: "One who does not care about problems of Muslims, is not one of them".
We try at least to supplicate to Allah for our brothers who are [suffering] under the heavy rule of Taghut, under the heavy rule of disbelievers, who are in the same condition as the first Muslims in Mecca, and some of them even don't have a possibility to perform Hijrah. And Allah in Qur'an called them "mustad'afun" - weak Muslims, those, who were not able to do anything.
There are brothers who set out on Jihad on this path, in order to repel the rage of disbelievers and defend this Ummah from it, and to elevate the Word of Allah in this land, and there are those who are not able to do it for some reasons. But however that may be, Allah the Most High says in the Qur'an: "And whatever of misfortune befalls you, it is because of what your hands have earned. And He pardons much" (Surat al-Shura, 42:30).
And every time, when we have some troubles, even if it is a "counter-terrorist operation" and tens of thousands of other operations, carried out by disbelievers, and if they carry out those operations, it only indicates that it is a test, which Allah sent down upon us, and of course, we [ourselves] are also one of the reasons.
But however that may be, the Prophet, peace and blessing of Allah be upon him, gladdened us and said: "The first people to be tested by Allah are righteous ones, then those who are similar to them, then similar to them, and a man will be tested according to his Religion, and if his Religion had a weakness, then Allah removes the test from him, and if his Religion had firmness, then his tests would increase". And the tests sent upon us by Allah are necessary to purify this Ummah, and prepare our hearts to accept the Law of Allah and elevate it in this land, however hard disbelievers would oppose it and plot against us.
Allah the Most High says in the Qur'an: "Verily, those who disbelieve spend their wealth to hinder (men) from the Path of Allah" (Surat al-Anfal, 8:36). They carry out such operations and waste enormous resources, but we supplicate to Allah, and Allah showed this year by the [financial] crisis etc. that their system can collapse by the will of Allah at any moment, when He wishes, but we must make all reasons for it. And Allah says: "Those who disbelieve spend their wealth to hinder (men) from the Path of Allah, and so will they continue to spend it; but in the end it will become an anguish for them" (Surat al-Anfal, 8:36). Why? Because that money which they spend, they spend it from their budget, from their treasury, and they will not find it there tomorrow. "It will become an anguish for them. Then they will be overcome. And those who disbelieve will be gathered unto Hell" (Surat al-Anfal, 8:36), in the Hellfire, in the fire, where every time, when their skin will burn out, Allah says: "We shall change them for other skins that they may taste the punishment" (Surat al-Nisa', 4:56).
Also, these trials are sent upon us because of what we have earned ourselves and have not done everything possible to defend against it. And those residents, those Muslims who are in Gimry village, those who will be patient and will help Mujahideen on the path of Allah with everything possible, those people have fulfilled their agreement with Allah, have fulfilled this contract.
And those who violate this contract with Allah, those people are selling their Hereafter, their eternal life, for a piece of worldly life. The Prophet, peace and blessing of Allah be upon him, said: "Try to leave behind fitnah like a dark night with your deeds, when a person will wake up as a believer and fall asleep as a disbeliever, and will fall asleep as a believer and wake up as a disbeliever, and will sell his Religion for a piece of worldly life".
And in such a way it is happening today: they are paying large amounts of money to people for tipping them off about Mujahideen, for doing anything possible to destroy this Jihad in Caucasus, but those who will persevere, a great reward waits them, and therefore Allah the Most High says in the Qur'an: "Are you pleased with the life of this world rather than the Hereafter? But little is the enjoyment of the life of this world as compared to the Hereafter" (Surat al-Tawbah, 9:38). [The enjoyment of this life] means nothing, and Allah says "mata'" - a temporary enjoyment, that will be over and come end, and he will have nothing except torment. And Allah says in the Qur'an about those who sold their Religion: "Verily, the hypocrites will be in the lowest depth of the Fire; no helper will you find for them" (Surat al-Nisa', 4:145).
We will not make this conversation long, [we just] want to remind those Ayat and Ahadith that we ourselves should practice in the first place, then tell other people [to practice them], but those trials that are happening there with you, they are happening here with us too, and all these difficulties affect everyone who considers himself a Muslim. Allah says: "Do you think that you will enter Paradise before Allah tests those of you who fought (in His Cause) and (also) tests those who are the patient?" (Surat Al Imran, 3:142). And Allah says: "And surely, We shall try you till We test those who strive hard (for the cause of Allah) and the patient, and We shall test your facts" (Surat Muhammad, 47:31).
Therefore we call you to patience and to help Jihad on the path of Allah, because it is the greatest degree, and we call to sell this worldly life for the Hereafter, for Paradise, Paradise that Allah created with His Hands, to sell this worldly life, that is worth nothing in front of Allah, even a mosquito's wing, as the Prophet said, and if this worldly life would be worth a mosquito's wing in front of Allah, then a disbeliever would never drink a mouthful of water here.
And even companions [of the Prophet] were subjected to tests, and so in a hadith, when Khabbab Ibn al-Aratt approached the Prophet, peace and blessing of Allah be upon him, and said: "Don't you see, O Messenger of Allah, what is happening to us? Why don't you make a supplication for us?", [he said it] when idol worshipers of Mecca were humiliating, torturing, beating and punishing them in different ways, then the Prophet, peace and blessing of Allah be upon him, became so angry, that veins on his face became visible, and said to him: "Don't you know that those who were before you were tested to such extent, that a person would be buried up to his waist, then sawed in two? And it did not make him turn away from his Religion". Then he said: "Be patient, be patient, because the victory will come, and a wolf will guard herds, but you are a people who try to leave everything behind".
And in any case, we are destined to be victorious, and the victory will come, and everything depends on when Allah will grant it, and how much we want to achieve it, and how much we are ready to sacrifice for the Religion of Allah, [are we ready to sacrifice] everything we have.
And delivering this speech, I ask Allah for forgiveness for me and you, and in our final prayer we praise Allah, the Lords of the worlds.
